Canopy is a new home and garden destination in Saratoga — a place where craftsmanship, community, and good company come together. Built by hand by the team behind Mandy’s Spring Nursery, it blends a garden center, café, and home goods shop under one warm and inspiring roof.

Trees, shrubs, houseplants, and perennials — hand-picked for every kind of garden.
Canopy Cafe
Fresh espresso, pastries, and a cozy café built for good conversation and great coffee.
Home Goods
Thoughtfully curated home décor, kitchenware, and artisan pieces inspired by upstate living.

Tue–Thu: 9 AM–5 PM
Fri–Sat: 9 AM–6 PM
Sun: 12 PM–4 PM
Opening Day (Nov 18): 9 AM–5 PM with a Tree Lighting at 5 PM.
Closed Thanksgiving & Christmas Day. Open Black Friday.

Insurance:
– Not required to apply.
– Liability insurance required if accepted (a standard business need).
Overnight Storage:
We’re developing lockable vendor carts with electricity and LED lighting — a modern twist on vintage market stalls (rental pricing TBD).
Market Capacity:
22 total market days • 30–40 vendor spots per day.
You can note preferred dates in the application.
Fees:
$15 non-refundable application fee.
Booth rental: $20/day (Tue–Fri) • $30/day (Sat–Sun).
Timeline:

Reviews begin Sat, Oct 4; approvals start Wed, Oct 8.
Consignment Option:
Can’t vend in person? We can consign your work (60/40 split). We handle merchandising, taxes, advertising, and sales reporting. Apply as a Vendor →

What started as a vacant lot is now a modern timber-framed space, shaped by decades of experience in landscaping, hardscaping, and construction. It wasn’t always quick. It wasn’t always easy.
