Plant Guarantee & Return Policy

At Mandy’s Spring Nursery and Canopy, we stand behind the health and quality of every plant we sell. All plants leave our care in top condition unless otherwise stated, and we’re committed to helping our customers succeed in growing them.

Our Guarantee

  • Plants Installed by Mandy’s Spring: Guaranteed 100% for one year from the date of installation.
  • Customer-Planted (Self-Installed) Plants: Guaranteed 100% for three months from the purchase date.
    – After three months and up to one year, we offer 50% of the purchase value toward a replacement.

All guarantees are for one-time replacement only.
Replacements or store credit will not exceed the original purchase value. If you choose a higher-priced replacement, the difference will be charged.
Store credit is available if a replacement is not preferred.
No cash refunds will be issued.

Proof of Purchase

  • Keep your original sales receipt, which must be presented with the plant for inspection.
    If you provided an email at checkout, we can look up your order — so we recommend always using your email when purchasing.

Important Notes

  • We reserve the right to inspect and determine whether a plant has been properly cared for. Failure to follow Mandy’s Spring planting and care instructions may void the warranty.
  • Customers are responsible for disposing of failed plants after inspection.
  • Labor and delivery charges are not included in the guarantee — ask a team member for details.

Not Covered Under Our Guarantee

  • Clearance and heavily discounted items
  • Plants damaged by improper planting or care
  • Animal, mechanical, or fire damage
  • Weather-related losses (drought, frost, storms)
  • Annuals, mums, herbs, and other seasonal or non-hardy plants
