Shipping policy

At Mandy’s Spring Nursery, we specialize in serving our local community — which means we do not offer standard shipping on most items. With the exception of select shippable products (such as Power Planters and other small tools), all plants, bulk materials, and large items are available for local delivery only.

We proudly deliver within a regional radius that includes parts of upstate New York and Vermont. If you're unsure whether your location is within our delivery zone, just give us a call or send us an email — we're happy to help.

Delivery fees listed on our website are base rates only. Additional charges may apply depending on your location, order size, special equipment needs, or any site access issues. Please note: delivery rates do not include installation unless explicitly arranged ahead of time.

If there’s an issue with your delivery — whether an item was damaged in transit or the service didn’t meet expectations — we want to make it right. Please contact us promptly at the number or email above so we can resolve the issue.

Pickup is always available at our nursery if you prefer to transport your items yourself.
