Thank you for choosing to shop with a local, family-run nursery. Every order you place supports a small team working directly with the plants we grow in our own fields. Our in-store pickup process is designed to provide you with healthy, high-quality plants while balancing the realities of growing, managing inventory, and serving each customer personally.


What You Should Know About Pickups

1. Online Inventory May Not Always Be Exact
Despite our best efforts to keep our online listings up to date, there are times when a plant may appear available but is actually out of stock or not ready for sale. Inventory changes quickly due to field conditions, in-store purchases, and live plant variability.

2. Every Order Is Reviewed by a Team Member
We check each order to ensure the plants are healthy and available. If something is not currently shoppable, we will reach out to offer an alternative, suggest a substitution, or let you know when it will be available.

3. Please Wait for the "Ready for Pickup" Email
We understand the excitement of receiving your plants, but we ask that you only come to pick up your order once you receive a notification from us confirming it is ready. This allows us to prepare your plants carefully and avoids confusion or delays.

4. Typical Pickup Timeframes
Most orders are ready within 5 to 7 business days. Certain items and times of year—such as those from the field or specialty orders—may take longer. Weather, shipping delays, and staff capacity can also affect timing. If you need your order by a specific date, please reach out and we will do our best to accommodate.

As a small nursery, we do not operate like a warehouse or large retailer. Our plants are not pulled from shelves—they are grown in soil, moved with care, and selected for quality. We ask for your patience so that we can do things the right way: with care, attention, and respect for the living products we sell.
