This tradescantia is known for its bright yellow leaves with white variegation. It is one of the easier to care. Thrives in bright indirect light.  Water your Tradescantia when the top 50%-75% of soil is dry. Water until liquid flows through the drainage hole at the bottom of the pot and discard any water that has accumulated in the saucer.

Light: This plant thrives in bright, indirect light. It can tolerate some direct sun, but too much can scorch its leaves. It can also survive in low light conditions, but its growth will be slower.

Water: Water the plant when the top layer of soil feels dry to the touch. Avoid overwatering as this can lead to root rot. The plant prefers slightly moist soil but can tolerate short periods of drought.

Humidity: This plant prefers high humidity, but it can tolerate average humidity levels. To increase humidity, mist the leaves regularly or place a tray of water near the plant.

Temperature: This plant prefers temperatures between 18°C to 24°C. It can tolerate lower temperatures, but it may experience slow growth and leaf drop.

Soil: Use a well-draining potting mix that retains some moisture but does not become waterlogged.

Fertilizer: Feed the plant once a month during the growing season (spring and summer) with a balanced fertilizer.

Propagation: Yellow Zebra can be propagated through stem cuttings. Cut a stem with at least two nodes, remove the bottom leaves, and place it in water or soil.

Pests and Diseases: This plant is susceptible to spider mites and mealybugs. To control pests, regularly inspect the leaves and treat with an insecticidal soap if necessary. Overwatering can lead to root rot, which can be prevented by ensuring the soil is well-draining.
